We cannot refund or exchange your custom made Tuff Teeth mouthgaurd. If your mouthgaurd is defective we will work with you to fix the problem or replace the mouthgaurd.

If defective, your Tuff Teeth Mouthgaurd needs to be returned within 30 days. Please contact us with concerns or problems.

Please email us at tuffteeth@gmail.com and let us know if there is a problem or concern. Be sure to include in the subject line "Replacement Needed" or "Problem With mouthgaurd". In the email include the name the mouthgaurd was ordered under and the date you ordered it.
